  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any user who provides false information or violates these Terms and Conditions.

3. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
  • Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval.
  • Users are required to ensure that the booking details are correct and accurate. The Company will not be held responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the User.
  • The Company reserves the right to impose additional charges for urgent or last-minute bookings.

4. Payments

  • Payment for services must be made in full before the service is rendered unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment systems as specified on the website.
  • Any payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction. Disputes raised after this period may not be entertained.
  • Users are responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the payment process.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment or payment delays.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Users may cancel their bookings by notifying the Company at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Refunds are subject to the Company’s discretion and may be issued for cancellations made within the specified period.
  • The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the total booking amount.
  • In the event of service unavailability or unavoidable circumstances, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval.

6. Liability

  • The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services, except as required by UAE law.
  • Users are responsible for securing their personal belongings during service delivery.
  • The Company will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from misuse of the services.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Users must treat our staff with respect and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Users must provide accurate details when booking services, including special requirements or instructions.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that the premises where services are delivered comply with health and safety standards.
  • Failure to provide access to the premises or to meet agreed conditions may result in service cancellation and forfeiture of payment.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Sadaa Maids and is protected by UAE copyright laws.
  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
  • Any unauthorised use of the Company’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

  • The Company will endeavour to resolve complaints promptly and amicably.
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with UAE law.
